Gorgeous rooms but needs breakfast!
The property was stunning with comfy rooms and a nice garden vibe. The Nespresso machine was a sweet touch! Just a heads up, no breakfast on-site, which was a bummer. some clearer signs and info on getting in and out would help. if you're cool with a bit of hunting for breakfast, it’s great!

had a gr8 stay for 3 nights. renata was super nice n helped us out a lot, felt like home! room was comfy and hotel is quiet, surrounded by nice parkland for walks. close to train station so it was easy to get to edinburgh festival. pretty good food too!
only downside was the room got a bit warm at night n the window didn’t open. wish there was better ventilation.

I enjoyed a few peaceful nights here. The atmosphere was welcoming. I found the home-made steak pie in the bar to be satisfying after a long day. I appreciated the opportunity for a morning run along the river, which was an unexpected find despite the area being residential. It felt good to clear my head. My stay here added a nice touch to my business trip.
The bathroom could have been warmer.

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the stunning scenery at the nearby Pentland Hills and took a beautiful walk along the Water of Leith. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were super friendly. Just a short drive from Edinburgh, it’s perfect for those wanting nature and city vibes. Definitely check out the cozy bar downstairs!
The only downside was the limited menu in the bar. could use more variety.
